Grab your gear and hit the trails with renowned sports photographer, Dan Burns, when he visits several of Audubon’s local sanctuaries. This is a great chance to get outdoors with other photographers, share photography tips, and witness the wilderness hiding just outside our backdoor.  Ideal for practicing scenic photography and close-up (macro) photo techniques useful for flowers, insects and other small items.

Dan has been a contract photographer for the NY Giants and/or the NFL for 30 years and his work also features many celebrities, including Glenn Close, Brooke Shields, Richard Nixon and Bob Hope. One of his favorite moments was taking photos of the famous ‘helmet catch’ during the 2008 Superbowl when the NY Giants played against the New England Patriots.
