Filmmaker Karen Kelleher will present a lecture on the collaboration between Jacqueline Onassis, literary editor, Deborah Turbeville, fashion photographer and Louis Auchincloss to create the tour de force photography expose, Unseen Versailles. Kelleher is the credited co-writer and producer of the 1999 PBS film Jackie Behind the Myth and is currently directing a film biography of Washington Irving. Both Deborah Turbeville and Louis Auchincloss were interviewed at length on their creative collaboration, Turbeville on the images and Auchincloss on the narrative describing the secret hidden backrooms of Versailles. Kelleher plans to use never before heard interviews describing this fantastic story on how Unseen Versailles was created.
