St. Catherine’s Players emerged in 1981 as a community building activity of St. Catherine of Siena Parish for people of all ages. Since then, the “community” has continued to grow and become more vibrant. They welcome all those interested in musical theater to join the “community.” St. Catherine’s Players present one major musical production each year in late February/early March. The open auditions are scheduled for the Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday right after Thanksgiving weekend, and rehearsals begin the Monday night after New Years. Rehearsals generally begin at 7:30 p.m. and run until about 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday evenings. They have a very large technical/business staff and are always looking for new people to join that part of our “community.”
