A day full of fun and activities for the whole family as Cos Cob Library celebrates its 10 year Anniversary in their wonderful building! The theme this year is “Cos Cob Has Talent!” there will be everything from a barbershop quartet to a rock’n'roll band. There will be crafts, games, food and fun for everyone. If you are interested in learning more about Cos Cob history, The Greenwich Library Oral History Project interviewed a local resident, Gertrude Riska, about her childhood memories of growing up in Cos Cob in the 1920s and 30s. The book is available for purchase through the Oral History website, http://www.glohistory.org. The book can also be checked out at the Greenwich Library.
