YNet Teens Make a Difference – Ultimate Fun for a Serious Cause
What:  Community Ultimate Frisbee Tournament Fundraiser in Support of YNET
When:  Saturday, May 23 (rain date Sunday, May 24)
11:00am – 3:00pm or until winner is decided
Where:  Greenwich High School Athletic Fields
10 Hillside Road
Who:      Anyone of any age who loves having a great time for an important cause!
Teens and adults invited to play – All welcome as fans and supporters!
Why:     Teen Dating Violence is a major issue affecting our youth and YNet is doing something about it!
How:     Pick up registration forms in person at the YWCA or GHS Clark House or Student Activities or
go to http://www.ywca.org to download the necessary forms

All forms & fees must be turned in to the YWCA
or at GHS to Clark House, Attn: Ms. Wilson

ALL PLAYERS MUST FILL OUT THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL
REGISTRAION FORM AND SUBMIT WITH FEE TO TEAM CAPTAIN

TEAM CAPTAINS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTING INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION FORMS AND FEES AND SUBMITTING THEM TOGETHER WITH COMPLETED TEAM ROSTER
